At Tailvexa, we want you and your pet to be completely happy with every order. If something isn't right, we're here to help.
Return Window You may request a return or exchange within 20 days of the delivery date. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.
Non-Returnable Items For hygiene reasons, the following cannot be returned unless faulty or damaged on arrival:
- Grooming tools that have been used
- Consumables (treats, food, hygiene products)
- Items marked "Final Sale" at checkout
How to Start a Return Email tailvexa@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will confirm eligibility and send you return instructions within [1–2] business days.
Return Shipping
- If the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, Tailvexa covers return shipping costs.
- If you're returning an item for any other reason (changed your mind, wrong size, etc.), return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless otherwise stated.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within [5–10] business days. Please note your bank or payment provider may take additional time to reflect the refund.
Exchanges Want a different size, color, or product instead? Let us know in your return request and we'll arrange an exchange once the original item is received, subject to stock availability.
Damaged or Incorrect Items If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within [7] days of delivery with a photo of the item and packaging, and we'll arrange a free replacement or full refund — no return shipping required.
